Mohawk Santa Wood Carving by Farsider's Carvings

A while back while scanning the interwebs for Santa carving ideas, I had saved an image from a free wood carving pattern site. I thank the designer of this pattern. No name came along with it nor did a search of the image bring any results. Credit for a design should go to the original designer.

I really enjoyed carving up my version of this cool Santa Claus.

I call him, Mohawk Santa. He is bigger than my regular carving. He stands 6,5" tall, 3.25" wide and 2" thick. I did a glue up of 5/4 white pine to achieve the rough out size that I needed.

A Mooning Garden Gnome Wood Carving

I had an advertisement come across my Facebook page one day. It was a Gnome made by Toscano Design or something like that. It was a Garden Gnome made from a composite material and I thought it would be a great carving idea.
So here is my version.
