A Farsider Creation, The Pepperoni Stromboli, Revised Edition

 Roll out dough like a pizza crust to the size of your sheet pan. Top with Pepperoni slices. 
 Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
 Drizzle on about a half cup of crushed tomatoes.
 Roll Jellyroll style
 Be sure to crimp the ends as you roll. 
 Place on sheet pan seam side down and tuck ends under. 
 Brush with olive oil and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Lightly score to vent and  Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. 
Allow Stromboli to cool for about 10 minutes before you slice into it. This gives the cheese a chance to set up and not ooze out when you slice into it.
