Chicken Parm Dinner
It was requested yesterday that I make my Chicken Parmesan for dinner. I went to town making homemade pasta, bread, the Chicken Parmesan and also made up a no yeast pizza dough just to show inquiring minds what it looks like.
Thanks for posting this Mac. When you first posted the recipe for the no yeast pizza crust it had me thinking of crepes, that with the eggs in the batter it would end up looking and tasting like a crepe, only thicker... This does look crispy like you and Vero both talked about...
Are you kidding me mac? You not only cooked this billion step meal, but photographed each step along the way? Geez-O-Pete's, man . . . walks away mumbling.
Are your arms tired from all of that rolling? Man, I can't even remember when was the last time I made real pasta...it's been ages...
ReplyDeleteI made 1 of those pizza crust for you to see to Vic
ReplyDeleteI am assuming that is an attachment for your kitchen-aid mixer?
